Aparthotel Quartier Libre Opéra

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment with a balcony and terrace for 7 nights and loved the unit and the location. The apartment was so clean, well designed, and spacious and truly served as our home away from home. The location was very convenient with lots of nice restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby. The front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful as well. The area felt very safe and was not too crowded or noisy. It was a great experience for our family of five and we would stay here again!

Our family booked a 2-bedroom with both terrace and balcony and it was fantastic, loads of space, kitchen and laundry on site with detergent pods, towel warmers doubled as a quick dryer for kids’ outfits, felt safe and calm yet steps from great restaurants and shops.

I would rate this a 3 star than a 5 star, while the hotel is in a nice place. The room itself is less desirable. It’s small, there’s no place to store your luggage in your troop. No dressers to store your clothes. Hanging area for your coats is so tiny. They charge for room cleaning and towel cleaning so you have to reuse your towel. If you want to change your towel or cleaning then it’s an extra charge. It was during the heat wave so it was humid, so the towels were not drying. If the hotel expects you to reuse your hotel then have drying racks. Coffee and tea selection were awful. Gym is horrible as well. The treadmill felt Like I was going to break the machine as I was jogging so I had to slow it down a bit because of the shaking. I do not recommend this place. I rather pay a little bit more to get the 5 star service that’s is offered and not offered here.
