Aparthotel Rothensteiner

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. You get your key directly from a distributor machine in the entrance, making the check in quite autonomous. However, the staff is very much implicated when you need them. While visiting on the second day, we lost our key and only noticed when getting back quite late. The staff was very responsive we barely had to wait before they brought us in and printed a new key for us, all while being still very nice. The hotel itself is very beautiful and extremely well decorated. It's a family owned hotel, that has been passed for quite some time, and a lot of the decoration concernes the family itself. The room is also very well decorated, with a beautiful desk and furniture, and a small kitchen. We loved staying there.

It feels like staying in a museum!! Decorated like a place from 100 years ago. Amazing hotel owned by the same family since the 19th century. The owners were helpful and generous. Even gave me a nice old gift to a collection I have! Make sure all facilites work well when you check in room. If not- they will be solved quickly. Rooms are big and convenient. Price was cheap for what you get. Location in Neubau is great. Close to supermarket, restaurants, bars. Very safe area.

My family of 4 had a great stay in mid May. The room was huge with a double in the bedroom and two singles in the living room. The bathroom was large and very clean. It was easy to catch a bus to the museum district and old town area. Would definitely stay there again.
