Great location right by the beach. Good service, breakfast was good. The room was a good size and even if it wasn't newly renovated it wasn't bad either. There are kids activities almost every day, and in the evenings there are variations on entertainment. We were there late May, there was no trouble finding sunbeds at that time.
We stayed in Muro for 5 days. We chose this hotel because we booked it late in the season so everything was already taken. We are family of three so we needed an apartment, and we also wanted to cook so we needed kitchen. Apartment promised all of it. Well... The Kitchen was for making tea or flopping a sandwich together. It was very small. But that wasn't the biggest problem. The cabinets and all dishes inside.... Smelled like they were sitting there since 1786. We needed to wash all of it with boiling water. The bed was fine. But the view was amazing. The balcony was also great with view on NU mallorca so we enjoyed the shows and parties while sipping wine.... Sand bar was another thing.... One woman doing everything and 15 people waiting in line. Otherwise we enjoyed our stayed. Breakfast was divine, best thing about all.
Room: Clean, but the beds were just two singles pushed together — not a real double bed, which was a disaster. It was impossible to sleep comfortably as a couple because the beds kept separating. The room was clean but outdated. Breakfast buffet and all-inclusive food: A disaster. Very cheap and not varied at all. The food quality was very low. The “pizza” was basically just taco bread with tomato sauce — and they actually called that pizza. Desserts: Terrible. Everything looked like it came from a school cafeteria — nothing was of good quality and everything was unhealthy. The juices weren’t natural, the pizza wasn’t real pizza, and the cakes were just donuts with cream. In the morning, there were no croissants or chocolate pastries. Location: 10 out of 10. The only positive point is the location. Overall: This is not a 4-star hotel and definitely not worth the price. It was a catastrophe! If you still choose to stay here, do it only for the location — and definitely avoid the all-inclusive or half-board options. Also, if you're a couple, be prepared for an uncomfortable experience with the bed
