EPIC! This place is a slice of heaven! Gorgeous, modernized and spacious and tucked between the most majestic mountains! Every amenity you could want is here, and our family especially enjoyed the grounds with the beautiful garden and games. The unit itself is flawless with a spacious shower and stunning balcony. We would love to stay here again! Marietta was wonderful with check in and recommendations. Extremely kind host who you can tell has a passion for hospitality. This place comes with my highest recommendation as it is probably my favorite Airbnb I’ve stayed at!

An amazing overall experience! Highly recommended aparthotel! We visited as a group of friends in January and were extremely happy with everything: - Apartment - booked one "classic"-style unit. It was spacious, had all the furnishings that were required, and (most of all) was extremely clean. - Service - by far one of the top experiences. The family from which the business' name comes is extremely attentive to all guests and any needs they might have. And everything is done with a smile on their lips! - Food and drinks - simply amazing! A lot of home cooked options, and the breakfast is just wow. We actually didn't book breakfast initially, but ended up having one every day - it's that good! - Area - We loved the views, as well as how relaxing and quiet the atmosphere was. You can walk around a bit, even reaching a good restaurant by foot - although the positioning is not meant for this. Connection to the entire valley is very easy: you're up on the main road in one minute, and the farthest skiing resort is around 45 mins from the hotel (many smaller options being much closer, say 10 mins)

What a gift it is to stay here! I travel heavily in the US/CAD for work, and the coziness + hospitality here is incredible, unparalleled. The place is run by a super sweet family! The included breakfast (half-board) is fresh, local, and delicious with LOTS of gluten free options available. I let them know in advance that I'm Celiac and they had separate buns and cake ready at my table every morning! As for skiing, they will drive you directly to the nearest ski resort, the Spielhochbahn. However, the free ski bus is just 10 mins to take you to Hoch Zillertal which is world class skiing! Also quite easy to get to Innsbruck by train (15 min walk to train). The apartment/hotel was very cozy and rustic while suitably modern (TV, oven, dishwasher). Downstairs there is a special ski gear drying room! Great shampoo/body wash included, robes, slippers, full kitchen, towels. The whole building smells amazing, like cedar and essential oils. On the top floor there is a relaxation room and sauna, which has 3 saunas, teas, showers, and washrooms. As a Canadian it was my first experience with an authentic Austrian sauna (co-ed nude) and while I was quite unsure about being nude the first few days, I eventually warmed up to it (people really don't stare here which is so refreshing). It was a really rewarding experience! Also, I'm very beginner when it comes to the language, and while it's great to try to learn the local language, when I struggled, the family can speak good English (especially the daughters). They helped book dinner reservations and give guidance on public transit, when to bring cash, etc. I cannot wait to come back again. Thank you Family Koch, for the beautiful home away from home!
