Beautiful and big rooms. Bad reception. The woman who welcomed us was a housewife who don't speak English, only Russian. It's was difficult to understand her and for her to understand us. Not possible to take the lift.
Bad reception, no English, service worse. Didn't have toilet paper, take hours to come. Rooms ok, Too expensive for what they offer
my cameras were stolen at this hotel, and the hotel manager would not want to help me check the security camera recordings. Seems the hotel is serviced by only the hotel manager, a guy named Alex, he was often irresponsive. A few times he said he would check the recordings, but did not really get back to me with anything meaningful, he simply does not care. He would also say checking the video recordings would take time and he is already very busy. Horrible service! there was never a towel and bedding change while your stay. The hotel owners basically try to do minimum work to earn some money. there were rats in the stairs of the building, even though the room was ok. do yourself a favor and find a place elsewhere.
