Excellent hotel surrounded by wonderful nature. The room are spacious and very well designed. It is the cheapest hotel you can find in Hamburg.

Bad customer service, no answers on your e-mails or on the phone. The room itself is also not good. It was not cleaned properly, we found stuff from the people before us. I told it at the reception and they said we had to clean it ourselves.. excuse me? Parking is also not informed well enough. Placing your car outside costs more than in their garage. I do not recommend booking by this Aparthotel. Find something else!
