Aparthotel Tropenhaus Bansin

From the start, we are impressed. We are a couple so we booked a studio apartment. When we checked in, we were immediately greeted by the friendly, competent and professional staff. The studio is spacious, quiet and comfortable. Furnishings are modern and in great condition. There is a balcony and parking is available at a reasonable price. Breakfast was included and there is a wide variety. I think it's an awesome place to stay if you vacation here. I highly recommend this hotel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Aparthotel Tropenhaus Bansin. The room was clean and well-equipped – everything you need for a pleasant stay was there. We were particularly impressed by the small, lovingly designed zoo right on the grounds – a real highlight that we'll gladly return to again and again. Another big plus was the breakfast buffet: extremely extensive, fresh, and something for every taste – truly hard to beat! One small suggestion for improvement: The TVs could be more modern and support streaming services. Especially on rainy days, it would be nice to be able to enjoy a movie night in the comfort of your room. Overall, though, it's a great place to relax – we'd love to come back!

Highly recommended hotel! Super clean, great facilities and above all a very good breakfast. The café appears to be very new and very cozy. The absolute plus point is the games room in the café and the tropical zoo, which is free for hotel guests (although I wouldn't visit it externally given the high price). Unfortunately, the parking spaces fill up quickly. However, we were always lucky. We'll definitely be back!
