this is a great spot if you want to be able to travel to the east and west side of LA, this hotel is in a sweet spot. The lobby is a chill vibe and the pool/ restaurant area was also chill. the rooms were big enough and the scenery was great. will be my go to spot whenever i go out to LA.

If you’re looking to get a good night’s sleep, stay elsewhere. The walls are paper thin — you can hear everything happening outside and between rooms. On top of that, the AC wasn’t “turned on,” so we had to go without it for two nights. With temperatures over 72 degrees, the room was hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable all night long. Staff aren’t any help and told me all the fans were taken. Do better if you’re going to charge these rates. I should’ve trusted the reviews online and will not be returning.

Avoid at all cost. So pissed. Show up after several long days of travel to discover my reservation had been cancelled that morning and they had no rooms. The credit card I booked with had been stolen so I cancelled it and got a new one. When they went to auth it on the day of the reservation it was declined. They never reached out to me or the travel agent, they just cancelled it, then told me essentially they were really sorry but I was on my own to find a new room at 9pm in NYC. Furious with them, never booking there again. Suggest you avoid it too
