Hello!! The two of us stayed in Apartment 2 on the top floor at Seglerweg 12 for a few days. We were very happy with the furnishings in Apartment 2. The furnishings, by today's standards, had charm and style in every respect. Simply inviting you to feel good and relax. A small balcony with sun loungers, a small table, and sun protection. The bicycles provided invite you to go on bike rides. There is a washing machine in the adjacent building, which can also be used in the storage room. A selection of grills can also be used. Everything is there for a carefree holiday. In summary, the Robbe Apartments can be recommended again 💪👍!! A lovely holiday awaits you in Neuharlingersiel!!!! There is one small flaw, however, that should be mentioned. The shower cubicle is leaking!!! In the foot area of ​​the shower cubicle. A small gap at the bottom. On the wing doors of the shower cubicle. But otherwise everything was hygienic, and Apartment 2 was perfectly clean. What could a vacationer find fault with? If you look, you'll find it! The vacation in Neuharlingersiel was sensational!!!!!

Beautiful holiday home, the lower apartment was very spacious, but also very cool. It could have been decorated a little more lovingly and therefore been more comfortable. However, that is a matter of taste. One star deducted because I was missing a few little things for 5 stars (dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, garbage bags, at least for the first two days). Nevertheless, a clear rental recommendation.

4-star Robbe Apartment House in Neuharlingersiel. Friendliness really isn't everything here. Final cleaning included, towels included. Even that's not everything. Some of the china was chipped. Not all of the pots and pans were clean, and the apartment certainly wasn't mopped. We did the mopping ourselves. Good thing, who knows how long we would have waited for it. Since almost all the restaurants are still closed, cooking was on the agenda. A broken and unusable salad bowl and a missing large soup ladle. These were supposed to be replaced by the cleaning company within two days of a written complaint sent by email. Four days later, nothing. We had to throw away the salad, which was supposed to be prepared in the bowl. On the evening before last, both a mixing bowl and the ladle were left on the stairs without a word. Not a word of apology. If you're already overwhelmed off-season, I don't even want to think about it in peak season. Where are the remaining two stars supposed to come from? It's a shame, it's more show than substance. We're very disappointed, as the recessions had promised more. My motto applies here: there are no second chances. Tip for the owners: Check things out yourself every now and then and don't just rely on the staff!
