I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel was comfortable and had a good location but what truly made my stay memorable was the incredible service from Christina. From the moment I checked in and up until the checkout, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She helped with recommendations since she is a local and showed genuine care. I highly recommend this place, and i might myself return soon.

I can’t recommend this resort enough. The property was beautiful, in a central location on the island and the staff were extremely friendly. In our time there we were helped by Peter at the bar, Mike/Spiros driving, Luca at the front and Drilon at the bar. Everyone was so accommodating and went out of their way to make sure your stay was comfortable and as you desired. It was easy to book shuttles to and from the hotel via the front desk. Our room was on the top floor with a balcony jacuzzi overlooking the caldera which was amazing!

Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer care at this hotel. I had to cancel my stay due to a serious personal emergency and informed the hotel multiple times in advance. I explained the situation clearly and requested a simple no show certificate for my travel insurance. They never responded to any of my emails, neither acknowledging my situation nor providing the basic document I asked for. For a hotel that claims to offer a high-end experience, this complete absence of communication and support is unacceptable.
