Aperanto Suites

Since we arrived everyone was friendly and helpful. The man that helped us carry our luggage to our room was very attentive to anything we needed. I can’t forget to mention Eva from the front desk. She was a complete sweetheart and explained to us everything about the island, transportation and answered all our questions. My favorite part was the breakfast served to our room… delicious! I would totally come back here when visiting Santorini

From the moment we arrived, the service provided by the team was exceptional. As our flight was very early, we had to wait to get settled into our room which was supposed to be 3pm. The receptionist (didn’t catch her name) ensured that when the previous guests checked out, the staff were straight onto getting the room cleaned and ready for us to get in (this was all done by 12:30pm as check out was 11). They even provided us with breakfast while we were waiting and allowed us to use the pool in the mean time. Got heavy bags? The staff here will take them to your room for you and also take them up the stairs to your airport transfer when you leave. My wife and I would definitely stay here again. All of the staff were very accomodating and always followed through on any requests we had. 10/10.

I stayed at Aperanto Suites in June 2025 and paid the full amount (€1,148) via Booking.com, including all listed taxes (local tax + “other tax”). However, at check-out I was suddenly charged an additional €10 per night “government tax” that was never mentioned in the confirmation, the invoice, or upon arrival. This surprise charge felt misleading – and according to Booking.com’s policy and Greek regulations, such fees should be clearly disclosed in advance. The stay itself was fine, but this unexpected charge left a bad impression. Guests deserve transparency and clear communication.
