The hotel's location and cleanliness were excellent. The rooms were very large, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable and quite large. The staff were helpful and friendly. Check-in is normally at 3:30 PM, but we arrived at 11:00 AM, and they gave us our room right away. They also asked us if we could use the sauna and pool upon arrival. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but for such a nice hotel, the breakfast is definitely good. If I go back, I'll definitely stay at this hotel. It's about a six-minute walk from the center. I look forward to returning. My only complaint was that we specifically requested a quiet room away from the elevator. However, they had arranged the room directly across from the staff room, and there was someone entering and exiting and the door slamming almost every 10 minutes, starting in the early hours of the morning. That was the only downside. A hotel I can definitely recommend. Best regards.
Just back from 2 night stay in Bath with my wife. Stayed at the apex and is always lovely place to stay. Hotel is lovely and right in the city centre. Pool is amazing and front desk staff are brilliant. Especially Jess and Tony (duty mgr) on front desk were so helpful and welcoming. When i asked to move rooms, it wasn't a problem whatsoever and even helped us move luggage. Both members of staff are a credit to Apex. Really made our trip. Thank you so much both.
Good service, even when I somehow messed up and accidentally booked 2 rooms instead of 1! Breakfast is good but I wish they did the buffet every day and not just when they have tours. It is so much better choice than the limited menu offerings, plus it takes so long to order from the menu and wait for your food when you may not have much time in the morning.
