Apex City of Glasgow Hotel

I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel staff here are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. The room was clean and comfortable, lovely fluffy towels and a selection of luxury hotel toiletries always goes down a treat. My room had a selection of tea and coffee too which makes all the difference. However there is a bar and a dining area for breakfast. The breakfast was superb too. My room was like home from home. The hotel staff are knowledgeable when it comes to giving information on what to do in and around the city plus the best restaurants. My stay here was absolutely amazing. So much to do and see. Will definitely be returning for a longer stay. Thank you to all the staff for making my trip a memorable and fantastic one.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel! The level of service provided by the staff truly made a difference during our business trip. In particular, the team went above and beyond when we encountered issues with our courier delivery and the event venue. Their willingness to help in every way they could, always prioritizing our needs, was incredibly reassuring and efficient. It's rare to find such dedicated and customer-focused service. We had a really good experience overall at the Apex Glasgow. The room was excellent – clean, modern and very comfortable. The bed was great, the shower was powerful, and the toiletries were high quality. I also really appreciated the refillable water station on each floor – a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were even allowed to check in early, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a real letdown. The food was among the worst I’ve had in a hotel – poor quality and badly cooked – and the service was equally disappointing. It’s a real shame, because the rest of the hotel is very good and offers great value for money. If they can sort out the breakfast offering, this would be a fantastic place to stay in Glasgow.
