The hotel has one of the most kindest staff i have ever seen. Besides of having many abilities for self entertainenment, the food was amazing. The thermal pool helped out my mother who has chronic back pain! I would kindly reccomend this amazing hotel to everyone!
Very clean and well-equipped hotel, with tremendous spa possibilities. Amazing dinner and breakfast produced from their organic farm. I'd definitely reccommend staying there!
Definitely not a 4stars hotel, but a good 3stars. The rooms were ok, what you might have expected in 3stars hotel, clean. Breakfast and dinner were very poor. The food choices were repetitive, the food seemed quite dried out and reheated repeatedly. Unless you are a fan of the dried duck leg or greasy fried pork, the only choice was the schnitzel...you would expect to taste something different on a holiday trip. The breakfast muesli, jam, honey and biscuits were still out there in open containers and looked so old I didn't dare to touch them at all. No one in the restaurant was able to speak English or German. I wanted hot water for tea and some sort of white curdled liquid came out of the thermo. When I called the waiter, he told me it was fine and I should drink it. It was apparently a thermo of hot milk that nobody had cleaned from a previous use. Terrible!!! There were not enough towels for the room and spa, when our towels got wet after the spa day. But when we requested at the front desk, we were given new ones in a moment's notice. There are also no sheets for the sauna and people sat on the benches with nothing, dripping sweat everywhere. Very unsanitary. The spa was also disappointing, while there are only about 6 sun beds and when more people came they could only sit on the chairs. I have had to run up and down to the reception each morning because the sauna wasn't on (why, when the spa was already open..maybe to save energy?) But it's pretty annoying, the extra runnig and the 30 min wait before it gets hot. The baths themselves were quite old and in need of renovation. The front desk was very nice and helpful! I want to praise her. I do not recommend this hotel, one can have a much nicer one for the same money.
