Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hotel was great, food was so good and the staff were amazing. They helped me with everything needed, especially Serjio in the bar who went out his way to help me book a private boat rental for my girlfriend’s birthday. Overall, loved my stay here and will definitely be coming back.

Ive just come back from a 10 night stay and loved it. The all inclusive includes local beers and spirits and three meals a day. You need to pay for any snacks or cocktails. It's a fairly small hotel so you don't have the food choices you'd get in a larger place but what they do serve is really good...I enjoyed every meal. My room was spotlessly clean with a comfy king-size bed and a bright shower room. The pool area was well maintained and so peaceful with views over the mountains and beautiful sunsets. The staff were so friendly especially Vicky and Serjio who worked behind the bar. They were so helpful with ideas on place to go. If you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday then it's perfect and I would definitely go back there again.

I stayed at this hotel may/ June. All the family and staff were warm , welcoming and friendly, a taxi service ( a cousin ) were brilliant also and collected us on our trips . we arrived late on a Friday night ( after 23.00) they kindly gave us a welcome free drink ) , however , the only negative id say is on checkout , we expected to be able to use the All Inc . options until we were collected , but, it was immediately stopped on checkout at 11.am .Whilst we understand the hotel’s policy , we felt unhappy as we had lost 12 hours of what we had initially paid for , and had to spend extra money on food and drink for the whole family . Despite that everything was to our satisfaction , clean and comfortable, and we had a great time . In particular , the bar manager Sergious was absolutely fabulous , and Vicky also . they made our holiday so much better. They should get a pay rise !!!!! Thanks again
