Slept pretty comfortably, AC worked great as well. When checking in, the receptionist was super friendly and hospitable. Really caring and offering help where needed. Really showing the care. The concierge helped me order a number of taxi trips, which was very nice to have done. Breakfast was alright, good enough. Lady at the breakfast was also again, super friendly. The rain shower was one of the nicest I have experienced so far. Rooms aren’t that large but the space is enough. All in all, very much recommended if you’re having a quick trip to Amsterdam.

Great stay at the Apollo, we stayed there with the family (2 adults and 2 kids) and arrived by boat (small harbour behind the hotel - costs for docking are € 75,00 per night). We were warmly welcomed and where advised that both rooms where upgraded from an executive room to a suite. Very comfy beds, shower is massive and the rooms clean and quiet. During the evening we went out for dinner, several options in walking distance. Breakfast is great and check out was fawless and quick.

Loved the stay, the staff made the visit especially in the living room. Desiree was a the best smile to see first thing in the morning. Coffee to start our day and then an adult beverage from the bar to finish. The views from the patio is purely Netherlands in every fashion. Loved my time there, the only negative was one I’m sure the desk staff hears about with almost every check out. The bath/shower design leaves quite a bit to be desired, like the other half of the glass partition. My first shower finished with me putting 3 towels on the floor to soak up the water from the shower. The next one made me realize I need to lower the water pressure and turn the head and stand in a relatively small square to keep the water from splashing out. Overall amazing stay.
