Hands down the best hostel I've ever been to! Different entertainments every night in the hostel bar, where they also serve good food and drinks. Hairdresser and massages, sports activities in the mornings. An absolutely spotless,fully equipped kitchen, impeccably clean rooms and bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only about 400 mtrs from the central bus station and city centre. It simply ticks all the boxes!
Just got back from a quick two-day trip to Auckland and stayed at LyLo. Such a smooth and easy experience. The space was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a short stay. What really stood out was the staff — due to a last-minute delay with my incoming flight, they helped set me up with an extended stay without any hassle. Super accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend if you’re after a convenient, budget-friendly option right in the heart of the city.
Had an amazing time at Lylo hostel. Lovely rooms, great space for chilling, restaurant really nice too. Big shout out to Simon, I booked a two month camper van with him. He made me feel so much better about my time in New Zealand and excited to see it all now! Thanks again.
