I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and relaxation. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was fast and smooth, and I immediately felt well taken care of. One of the highlights of my stay was the swimming pool and spa area—immaculately clean, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind. The Jacuzzi was especially relaxing after a long day of travel. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, it’s a great way to de-stress. Another huge plus was the free parking, which made things super convenient. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference. What really stood out overall was the friendly customer service. Every staff member I encountered, from reception to housekeeping, was genuinely kind and attentive. It’s clear that the hotel values guest satisfaction and puts in the effort to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back!

Used this hotel as an overnight stay to break up a long journey from Cornwall to Suffolk. It was quite close to the M3, so it was an ideal location for our needs. Staff are very friendly, the food was delicious, and the room was comfortable and spacious. Would be 5 stars for the room if there was air-conditioning, but it has been very hot this week.

Large hotel, pleasant staff however rooms are tired with broken curtains, sofa beds, lamps, tv's, no hair dryer either. We booked 2 rooms for a 1 night stay, the main door to 1 room was jammed so had to change, we were later told this particular room should not have been offered on check in. Maintenance staff work limited hours so issues were not resolved during stay, poorly informed of use of pool, you still have to book a slot(!?) Swimming lessons being carried out during the day so no usage of the pool during those times. Room cleanliness was to a good standard & beds comfy. As there were so many issues that were raised & were not able to be resolved, an offer of goodwill would have been nice, sadly this did not happen.
