Apollo Hotel Bratislava

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, everything was well organized. I would like to mention the porter named Michal, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He assisted me with my luggage and personally brought it up to my room, which I really appreciated. Thank you for the great service — I would definitely come back!

I stayed recently, and I must say, I was very pleasantly surprised! Very clean rooms, quiet area, close to all amenities I could ever want. The staff were super nice, and helpful to all my requests. Breakfast in the mornings was delicious, definitely 10/10 from what I've come to expect from hotels in general. I'm not very fluent in Slovak, but that wasn't a problem here! Receptionist was super helpful, and spoke to me in very understandable English. 11/10 to Zuzana for all her help, definitely one of the best receptionists I have ever encountered in the wild! Would 110% recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful city!

We stayed here for a week and I must say that this hotel is much nicer than the pictures shown. The rooms have been upgraded or at least our room was very nice and modern however: 1. The fridge did not work but to be fair we never made reception aware of it as we didn’t use it. 2. The bed is actually 2 single beds together with 2 single duvets. For us the bed wasn’t the comfiest as it’s very hard and far from the memory foam one. The pillows are very very thin and we end up asking reception for extra ones. 3. Shower is very nice, spacious and renovated. Towels are quite small but I guess this is just from our personal preference and nothing bad. 4. Breakfast is good and has different options. 5. Receptionists were friendly and very helpful. 6. We didn’t use the gym, sauna or salt cave so we can’t say anything about it. 7. Transport: the bus is within a minute distance and the main bus stop is 8 minutes maximum walking distance. Very handy if you plan to explore around Bratislava or even go to other countries for the day.
