Truly accommodating in every sense! A special shout-out goes to Sally from the Housekeeping Department. Her attention to detail, dedication, and kindness did not go unnoticed. My room was always spotless, fresh, and inviting thanks to her hard work. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work, and Sally truly made a difference in my stay. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-located, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. But what really sets it apart is the exceptional service from the staff. I highly recommend Leonardo Hotel Groningen to anyone visiting the area – you’ll be in great hands!

An Outstanding Stay at the Leonardo Hotel, Groningen This was a very easy review to write! The Leonardo Hotel is by far the best place to stay when visiting Groningen. The staff are absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. A special thank you to the kitchen staff. I stayed at the hotel for several weeks for work, and during that time I went through the menu twice. Every meal was consistently excellent. What truly stood out was how the kitchen staff went above and beyond, even offering to prepare custom meals based on my preferences. That level of flexibility is rare and greatly appreciated. Service was truly on point throughout my stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect place to relax. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade as the “Guest of the Day,” which added a special touch to the whole experience. Breakfast was excellent, offering everything needed for a great start to the day. It was fresh, varied, and well presented. All in all, a top notch stay.
