Think twice before going. Last year was much better but this year is a catastrophe. We waited 2 hours for room which in the end wasn't ready and after wait another 2 hours until somebody come to clean it.So check in was about 6 pm. After that nobody and never clean the room. Beach is far and there is no enough room in the minibus for all to get on brake. They close bar need pool so now you need to get drinks from reception each time. Food was poor and bad quality. 3 from 4 adults got diarrhea.we found some altereted eggs in the morning. So no any signs of ultra all inclusive in this hotel.

Terrible Stay – Do Not Recommend Our stay at this hotel was a disaster from the start. The woman at check-in seemed confused and possibly drunk — it took over an hour to get our rooms. She wasn’t helpful or welcoming. The service throughout the week was awful. Towels were never replaced, we had to ask for toilet paper, and the bed blankets were stained. Cleanliness was a major issue, even in the restaurant — dirty plates, bad smells, and the food was far from fresh. Some meals even made us sick. Staff were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in helping. At one point, a drunk man harassed us, and the receptionist did absolutely nothing. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable, and even the beach was farther than expected. This hotel was a huge disappointment — never again.

The rooms were dirty, the food was average at best, the pool was dirty as well. And here is the funniest part, the roof is leaking a lot - there was a rain and there were puddles all over the restaurant, the reception and the lobby. The place is a joke.
