Loved SPA area and all the facilities: jacuzzi, salted water, outside pool, sauna area. The massage experience was amazing. The food is okay and hotel facilities could be better for a 4 star hotel. But we will definitely come back because overall we had a good experience.

Nice well maintained pools. Not very crowded during the week, lots of seats, no need to get early reservation, there are enough sits for everybody in sun or shadows. The only downside is the service at the outdoor restaurant: fast food menu only, lots of extremely young staff, without experience, they try hard to please you, but no coordination beetwin them, it seams nobody teaches and organize them. Other than that the place is a very nice one. We will go again tomorrow.

Me and my wife payed 2100 RON to stay 3 nights in this hotel and in our last day here we asked the staff if we can stay 2-3 hours at the pool area, after check-out. They replied very cold with a negative response. I mean for that amount of money it is so unpleasant. The place was empty and they asked for an extra charge. Also i want to say that someone from the stuff was shouting to us while he speaks to his phone. This is so unprofessional.
