But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the host, Sophia. She is a rare and beautiful soul—warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making guests feel welcome and cared for. Her generosity, thoughtful recommendations, and heartfelt hospitality added a special human touch that no luxury can replace. She goes above and beyond with such grace that you feel more like a guest in her home than a visitor. The rooms were immaculate, tastefully decorated, and comfortable in every way. Stayed for 2 nights end of May and I was amazed by the seaview and how clean the hotel was. The location is suburb, close to all city's attractions and the port but yet quiet. The staff was amazing, especially Mrs. Sofia at the reception, with whom I did my check in, shared history facts for the island and recommendations for sights, restaurants, even walks! When I left, I got a small present from them and I found it wonderful!

Amazing stay at Apollonion Palace in Syros. Everything about this place is great from the location to the beautiful views and breakfast. The family who own this hotel genuinely care about your stay and only provide the highest levels of hospitality from organising taxis and car hire to even restaurant recommendations. It’s also located in the perfect part of the town where the main street is less than five minutes walk but away far enough so that you can get your peace and quiet. The rooms are also extremely spacious and well kept. We have stayed at hotels throughout Greece and the world and this was top tier. The private beach was a highlight of the trip (no need to even leave the hotel). Thank you
