It should be noted that this is a 300unit complex with mixed owner/renter apartments/villas where some owners chose to have it seasonally rented via either the company Kharma that's also operating the beachfront facility, or to rent themselves, or contract out to Airbnb hosts. Each of these may deliver a different experience. So I'll share my observations: 1) Book via Kharma -- unrestricted access to beach facilities, water slide, billiard/table tennis etc. Rooms are regularly serviced. Front desk attentive to issues and technical team is fast in responses. Internet access provided. 2) Book via individuals - your mileage may vary. Room experience, beds/utensils, furniture etc completely depends on the host. Outside however, is quite well maintained. During our stay all pools were clean and operated properly. If you go this route about $12-15pp/day fee to utilize Kharma beach club. part of the beach and chairs/umbrellas are available for use at no additional charge but discuss how you can access this section with your host to avoid any surprises. Nearest town is 14-15min drive away; but there is a supermarket, pastry shop and another grocery store right by the complex -- within 3-5min walking distance. Now the really good part. Beach & the sea. While some small rocks exists, generally it is comfortable to walk around. We loved snorkeling and did that each day we stayed. We saw a squid, millions of fish (not exaggerating - there are rivers of fish flowing through this area; practically endless). If you like snorkeling, this place offers warm crystal clear waters with plenty of sea life to enjoy. Next, there is a watersports facility by the beach; anything from standup paddle board to jet ski available. Host and captain Ahmet is super friendly and accommodating - wish we had more time. We stayed in June and July; there were no mosquitoes, none whatsoever. Restaurant is decent and we haven't had anything negative to report. Kharma is organizing weekly live music & shows. So it's a plus. If you're into night life and clubs, this is probably not the best place for you. Get closer to Bodrum for that. Must see nearby: Haydar koyu, Sapli Ada
Beautiful hotel, a true paradise for a family vacation🤩
We loved this place until this year,as the facility management has changed to Kharma. No customer service,no support. They gave house without dish machine, after we check in three days passed to replace it,washing dishes by hand during vacation! Needed pillows, another three days.. There was electricity leakage on the new dish machine installed, called them, asked for electrician to fix BECAUSE THERE IS CURRENT LEAKEAGE! No one came,no one asked… Unbelievable. If you own a home, then property and facilities are perfect for families with kids, but stay away from Kharma operator, otherwise you may die due to high voltage and they do not care at all..
