Appart Hotel L'uni

My partner and I stayed here in February for a little over a week and it was wonderful. We had full kitchen access like a regular appartment and that made our trip much cheaper. It was also easy to check-in, they had pay per use laundry, in-unit temperature control, and free covered parking. We brought our own pots/pans, plates, and silverware, and realized when we arrived that we didn't have to as it came with everything, so you can leave this stuff at home and save more room when packing! It's also very close to 3 bus stops, so if you don't want to drive, or you aren't sober enough to drive, you can still make it back to the cozy appartment without worrying.

Very good size 2 bed apartment with full bathroom and also separate half bathroom (useful with a family of 5!) Kitchen well equipped, large TV in the living area and plenty of space. Parking garage in basement, a little difficult to manouvre a large car around though! Location is a little out of town but plenty of food options very close by and an easy drive or bus into the city.

Great Stay in a Minimalist Studio! We recently stayed at L’UNI Hotel Apartment during our 3-day trip to Quebec City and was very pleased with the overall experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with a minimalist aesthetic that felt both cozy and functional. Though we brought our own cooking pot, kitchen utensils, the kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals, and the bed was quite comfortable. The location was excellent — close enough to Old Quebec to enjoy the charm and history, but in a quieter neighborhood that gave a nice local vibe. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and communication with the host/staff was responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend L’UNI to solo travelers or couples looking for a modern, self-contained base in Quebec City.
