Appart hotel Terres de France Rouen Flaubert

Practical, spacious hotel for a stopover. We had a very spacious family room with its own kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The decor is quite basic, but perfectly fine for us. The hotel is located at a busy intersection, so at night you can hear the sirens going off and on towards the city. It's great that there's a parking garage underneath the hotel. For €8 per night, you can safely park your car there. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, but we arrived around 2:00 PM after a long drive. Of course, we couldn't check in yet, but we were allowed to park the car. The friendly man walked us to the garage.

Friendly manager es apartment but poorly equipped : no washingup liquid, no teatowels, no soap, no parking unless you book in advanced, reception closes at 7.00 pm, the restaurant was shut, no Internet on the day. Apparently due to change of management. It may improve.

Nice apartment, but lacks a lot of amenities, nothing at all in English ,Not fire protection notices to be seen even though we where on fifth floor . Bed was small ,Induction hob despite showing red would not heat .Instructions to enter garage a problem because English phone would not use number quoted .Constant noise day and night from emergency services .Easy walk into Rouen was the best part as parking very limited ,recommend taking a ride on the little tourist train ,see all the you would have missed .No bar or restaurant found near by ,Carfor opposite very limited in bread choices.
