Great location, walking distance to everything in center. Very clean, great coffee and organic teas daily, everything you need in the room and surroundings. Staff is very polite and responsive. I really have absolutely negative to say. The building inside is exceptionally made. State of the art elevator. We visited in July 2025.
Great apartment hotel in the middle of Vienna center, in the first square, and despite its main location it was very quiet. We stayed at the largest apartment the hotel can offer, and it was definitely large and very comfortable , including 2 bedrooms, main bedroom with queen bad and small one with 2 separated beds, 2 toilets with 2 showers (one other 2 was a bath) and small nice kitchen that was fully equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was very clean! And the staff were very nice and helpful. We would love to come again if we will have the opportunity.
Rooms: dated and the 3 person rooms was very cramped with the sofa bed blocking the door way. The quality did not feel very high. Location: very good for exploring Vienna Service: bad, the male receptionist was rude and did not seem interested in helping us. Breakfast: you need to walk 5 mins to a nearby cafeteria, it is very basic and not good. You are better going yourself to many of the better cafes nearby.
