This hotel is lovely clean the staff so helpful. My room my room was lovely clean honestly I couldn’t fault it water in the fridge daily housekeeping.. The view from the balcony are just apartments and land, but they do have a lovely mesh curtain that you can open and close to hide the construction site behind so u can still get sunlight and sit out on the balcony. Medina up the road and cheap to get around. Train station and food mall across the road.

Nice apartments in a good location. The street itself is a bit run down but is safe enough. Beware parking! On check out we were hounded by a street ‘parking attendant’ who demanded money. We returned to reception who said we had parked on the opposite side of the road which these people control, unofficially of course. They said they couldn’t help us left us to it- so we gave them 10MAD and left. Driving off isn’t an option- they stand in front of the car.

Worst hotel ever. Booked a room for 3 and got a room with a queen bed and a couch. The couch was not ready to be a bed and there were not enough sheets to make it a bed. The couch itself was full of dust and food rests. Some worker from the hotel decided that was a good idea to use a drill on a wall next to us at 9:30pm. During the night, all night, constant noises, people yelling. The hotel arranged us a transfer to the airport which was 50MAD/person when a normal price it’s around 40MAD/cab. Overall, avoid this place
