Apparthotel Calma

We are the Vatteroni family. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days in peace. The experience was excellent thanks to the hospitality of the owner family and the high quality of the entire hotel. Breakfast was of the highest quality, both in terms of food and presentation. It was a shame we couldn't have a quiet dinner. An experience we will repeat and, above all, we strongly encourage you to do so!

An all-around perfect place with a relaxing atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle. The hosts, Yvonne and Kaspar, are incredibly helpful and hospitable, and you feel like you're visiting friends. We were there as a couple over Easter and really enjoyed our time away. The details: a quiet location on the mountain, surrounded by apple orchards, with views over the valley. A very extensive and high-quality breakfast! And, as already mentioned, super helpful and uncomplicated hosts. Whether it was a mountain biking tour tip, a spontaneous apple juice purchase from a neighbor, or parking for the bikes in the garage – it was simply perfect and you feel completely at home. The only minor suggestion for improvement (if you're really looking for one) concerns the rooms, which, while high-quality, are somewhat austerely furnished. A functional atmosphere with great amenities, but not quite sooooo comfortable. But that doesn't matter; in the region, you're outdoors, not in your room. The location is perfect as a starting point for hiking and mountain biking. You can set off directly from the hotel and leave your car behind. Restaurants and wine taverns serving excellent cuisine are easily accessible in the surrounding area. A convenient extra for us was the hotel's own charging station for our electric vehicle. So, all in all, 5 stars – and more than deserved. Thank you!

The perfect place for a holiday in South Tyrol. Rooms, facilities, pool, service, breakfast—everything is just perfect here. The location between Merano and Bolzano is an ideal base for mountain tours or relaxing city strolls.
