Great hotel/apartment. The apartments are lovely, very comfortable. The kitchens are well stocked with all necessary equipment to cook a meal. The pool and gardens are lovely, plenty of sun loungers. The rooftop salt pool is spectacular, great views. Staff are very friendly.
Nalserhof is a great place! It is not cheap but you do get value for money. Apartment was clean and very well equipped. Large balcony with excellent view of the mountains. Wonderful garden with pool and great little pool area for children. Location is very good with about 20 min. to the centre of Bolzano and 20 min. to mountain resorts like Merano 2000. Parking in garage at the hotel (we had the box on (needs 2,1) and could easily fit). Supermarket right round the corner and different restaurants in Nalles. We loved it!

Everything is well maintained and it has a lot to offer for especially for adults (i.e. the Sky Spa with great view) and for families with young children (i.e playground, kids play room or the pool) The only little remark I could make, if I must find something: the Appartment TV cannot be connected to (HDMI, Chromcast, apölte TV, …) and has no stresming services integrated. => no netflix & co and no switch & co I can fully recommend this place.
