It’s not our first visit in the city of Troyes, but this hotel definitively is one of the best in the ancient city! Perfect little Location placed in an ancient Building. Perfect service, the breakfast service is more than excellent! The rooms are generous, very comfortable beds. Decent pricing. We‘ll definitely return for another visit!

Loved our stay, only one night but could have been more. A charming restored building very close to the train station and convenient to visit all the great sights of Troyes. Very friendly and accommodating, I appreciate their love for the building and heritage of Troyes.

We stayed at Appart'Hotel la Trinite which is part of the hotel. We are 4 old gents on motorcycles. Booked our room through Expedia. Instructions said contact the hotel 24 hours before visit to get booking in instructions as there is no front desk at the property. This weather did. No reply. We tried again 12 hours before arrival. Again no reply. On arrival we phoned. We had to go to the hotel to book in about 300 metres away. On booking in we were told there was no parking. I had said in my message we were arriving on motorcycles and we were arriving on bikes. If we had known this 24 hours before we could have changed the booking. With further discussion they said we could park two bikes at the property and two at the hotel. This weather did to then find out we could only park one at the property. Luckily we managed to fit the third in at the hotel. The accommodation was rustic, extremely rustic. Entry through a broken garage door and up a very dilapidated stair case. We had booked an apartment with two king beds, a queen bed and a sofa bed. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. I phoned and was told I would have to pay extra for the bedding. I told them I had paid for the apartment and I expected the bedding. Ended up sleeping without the bedding. Just glad we are only here for one night. We have been touring on our bikes for over 20 days now and have stayed in numerous hotels and apartments. This is the worst of the whole trip.
