Appart'Hotel Odalys Green Marsh

Cheap place to stay but our room was getting a bit old. Small kitchenette area (expected) but had a large pillar next to it making it awkward to access. There was only one small cupboard to unpack clothes to, with no wardrobe, which meant living out of your suitcase. Did not check out the swimming pool so can't comment on that. Staff friendly and helpful. Well positioned forthe old town and the railway station, which is why we booked it.

A disastrous welcome, the receptionist is not hospitable in any case. Paid parking, I do not recommend this hotel. We are outraged from the accommodation to leaving the hotel. The room is clean, tidy and warm. We did not use the SPA center because it was not open the day we arrived. The center is only a few steps away. We will never return to this hotel

This place was a dump. Not worth the price. We should have avoided Strasbourg altogether. The pictures are not what the rooms look like. The hallway carpet is very dingy. The bathtub was covered in soap scum and did not appear clean. Neither did the class for the tub. You have to pay a deposit for the remote? The parking is on the opposite street behind the hotel. Impossible to find without checking in first. I had to park on sidewalk where the GPS took me and then walk over to the opposite street to check in while my wife sat in the car. Then go back To get her and enter a location even further down the street than the GPS or hotel location.
