Perfect location close to restaurants, Elbe river, shops and the historic tram. Super easy and comfortable check in process, rooms very clean and spacious, comfortable bed. The swimming pool and garage parking is a huge plus! Breakfast simple but satisfying.
Accommodation was according to pricing with a nice kitchenette; breakfast with cheap radio from speakers, we had to remove garbage ourselves (due to corona?), they praised their pool would be open but then it was barred, breakfast staff didn't speak German or English (on one day), refused to kill the radio or give me another seat which was not under the box, breakfast was mediocre, I woke up ever, day due to banging doors.
Easily accessible location. The rooms are ok. The swimming pool is closed. Quality/Value? Very bad. Overpriced. It's a 4-star hotel and they serve a blue/moldy bread for breakfast (I still can't understand how it was possible?). Breakfast is very untasty and on the low-budget level - the quality of everything is pretty low. Room service literally does not exist - our room was neither cleaned up nor the wastes were thrown away. Only 1 out of 3 beds were made up. I can understand the hard situation due to COVID, but such service for the amount you have to pay is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. I would neither choose nor recommend this place again.
