We had a very nice stay. The owner Maria was absolutely fantastic. She made dinner reservations every night, and attended to every need. The rooms were clean and large The gondola is a two-minute drive, just like all other major hotels. We would very happily stay here again. Thank you!
Very smart self catering apartments a short walk from the ski bus. We were impressed with the quality of the rooms and the equipment. We self catered so didn't try the breakfast. The shop is a short walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay for a ski trip in Ellmau.
Walls paper thin, you hear everyone Garbage truck picks up right outside of your room at 6am With no AC you have to leave windows open so you can’t help but be woken up by the garbage truck or the dogs or whatever else is going on in the streeet The internet also never allowed us to connect. Unable to work. Front desk couldn’t have been less helpful, in fact very aggressive and refused to allow us to cancel the remainder of our stay. Threatened to call police if I didn’t sign the payment for remainder of stay lol. Insane, Stay far away from this hotel.
