We had a superbe stay despite the reviews. The rooms are clean and spacious, service is good and breakfast is tasty. There is a nice and calm lounge to read or work. The pool was the cherry over the cake. There is a mall only 10 minutes away, a cinema just next to the hotel, and plainly of restaurant around. The old port isn’t far, only 20 minutes by foot. We definitively recommend this place!

Spacious rooms and great amenities! Rooms are large and comfortable. Housekeeping staff is very helpful. The swimming pool, spa, and gym are great add-ons. Tram, TER station, and bus stop are just a 3-minute walk away. Malls and supermarkets are also nearby. Note: Cleaning is done once a week, and towels aren’t changed daily. For pool use, carry towels from your room or rent them at reception. Changing rooms are available near the pool and spa. The pool is heated in winter. Laundry (wash + dry) costs €6 each and is on the 1st floor — card payment only, no cash accepted. Coffee and cookies are offered only during check-in. If you get a sea view room, it’s a total bonus — nothing better than that! Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Is a good location. If everything goes well with the reservation you wont have un issue. But if you have a issue with your parking card or what your reservation include. Every person in the reception will tell you different information. The people in the front desk were kind of useless. I stay for 10 days no once they clean the garbage from my room. So good luck.
