Apraos Bay Hotel In Kalamaki Beach a Peaceful Area With Great sea View

We loved that place. It is a beautiful hotel built by the owner himself. It has a very quiet pool in the back and the beach is close. You can have breakfast and dinner on the terrace where you have an amazing view over the bay and if you are lucky you'll see dolphins passing by. The hotel is run by a nice family who always was around when we needed something. As it was very hot in july, paying the 10€ per day for air condition was worth the money. We would definitely like to come back.

The only thing which is great about this hotel is the location, and the romanian lady who is cleaning the rooms. She’s nice and helpful but has a lot of things to do. The old man is very rude with customers, breakfast was OK for this price. Rooms are not well equipped, we really missed a fridge or any other kitchen appliances to keep our drinks and food fresh for that 1 night we stayed there. Anyways if you stay there, visit the hidden beach in front of the stairs next to the main road, its spectacular

We booked a stay on the 2nd September-9th September 2024, to say the least- we were horrified. The beds were stained and dirty, the owners were completely rude and useless, the room was full of cobwebs, bugs squashed all over the walls, the bath was dirty, the toilet didn’t flush, the pool was green and so on. Please do not waste your money and book here. On another note, love holidays also were useless in helping us to receive a refund, we paid over a thousand pound for this holiday and have recieved absolutely nothing back.
