Very nice hotel and incredible location with underground access to both spas. We loved this hotel. Very spacious, clean, and great staff. The breakfast was delightful and certainly worth it. We will be back!

Beautiful spacious rooms at the best central location with underground direct passage to the spa. Very clean, modern, kind staff and exceptional service. I totally recommend it. Lost one star in overall grading for 2 reasons. No one is speaking english not even the reception desk and it was hard to communicate. Also there is no reception desk service in the evening / night and the door was locked until 7am. There was no info about this in english, the RD who knew our departure time didn't inform us during payment the previous night and we almost lost our flight trying to exit the hotel during the very early check out before 7 am.

Our experience with the hotel’s front desk staff was extremely disappointing. The woman at the desk was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We had requested a taxi to the train station the night before, yet it wasn’t called until the next day, causing unnecessary delays. On top of that, we were charged for our rooms at the very last minute—right before boarding the taxi—despite her having ample time to process the payment earlier WHILE we were waiting for the taxi to arrive. Yet, right before boarding that taxi she knows exactly how much to charge us, which room to charge it to. Absolutely no receipt or anything was shown we were just instructed to pay. What made matters worse was that the final charge was completely inconsistent with what we were originally quoted. When we checked in, we were told our total would be around €400+, yet we were charged over €580. This discrepancy was never explained, and we had no idea where the extra charges came from. To make things even more frustrating, we were explicitly told that breakfast was included in our booking. However, the next morning, after having breakfast, the same front desk woman claimed it was not included and charged us for it. Even then, the numbers still didn’t add up. Here’s the breakdown of what we should have paid: • €220 per night for two nights = €440 • Breakfast (€50) = €490 (I would like to also add that breakfast was absolutely no worth 50€; my son and I’s stomach was hurting all day because of that breakfast!) • At most, we should have been charged €500, yet we were billed €580. The screen at checkout didn’t even display this amount—it was only after I tapped my phone to pay that I saw the final total on my device’s side. This entire process was handled terribly. The staff member had no patience, provided no clear breakdown of the charges, and forced us to pay at the last minute without any explanation. Absolutely unacceptable. We don’t know her name, but she was working both this morning and yesterday morning. Even since yesterday, when we asked her about anything she was extremely rude about it. Did not like this service at all, very disappointed. On top of the breakfast being not well done, our heater would also not work properly in our room and we were freezing all night. We did not want to complain about all of this, but that lady at the front desk this morning was so rude about everything we felt the need to. We do not recommend this place.
