Aqua Bay Suites

Stayed here for 10 days in this lovely place: Staff are always faultless and polite and are always happy to help out. 10/10 Cleanliness is v good too 10/10 The pools and water park are great. Would recommend hiring a car and exploring some of the islands other beaches. A few minor points: - ideally need toilets nearer the pool. Having to trek back to your room or go through to reception isn't ideal. - tge occasional live music outside until 23:00 can be a bit of a pain if you want to drop off bit early. All good otherwise. If you get the chance the Greek experience night is great fun. Would definitely recommend thus place.

The aqua bay hotel was great. We booked a swim up room the all-inclusive facilities were very good and all the food quality and drink was very good. You would find it hard not to pick something out at each meal and they rotated the food slightly each time with a few variations. You can walk to the beach from the hotel, although it is not directly on the beach. The shared water park next door is very fun and you get access to this with the hotel booking. Some of the walkways around the hotel are potentially dangerous and need renewing, but this did not affect my overall experience.

SCAM, Upon arrival to inspect the property prior to check-in, I was shocked to find that the hotel conditions fall drastically short of the standards advertised. Despite being marketed as a 5-star property, the actual state of the hotel is unacceptable and misleading. Specifically: • The photos provided online are highly misleading and do not reflect the current state of the hotel. The property is overcrowded, chaotic, and clearly not maintained to a 5-star standard. The swimming pool was visibly dirty and unhygienic. The advertised waterpark is not exclusive to hotel guests, resulting in extreme overcrowding.
The overall condition of the rooms and facilities is far below what was promised. am traveling with children and require a calm, hygienic environment - this property is completely unsuitable and poses a risk to children their health. Based on the above, I made the immediate decision not to check in and did not use the accommodation in any capacity. It seems Booking.com has taken them down as well. Misrepresentation and breach of advertised conditions.
