It was a wonderful holiday experience. All the reception staff are very attentive. Room and room services, cleanliness are very good. The food in the restaurants is very diverse, the service is good. The hotel offers many activities together, the organization is very successful. Water sports training is very diverse and is done with expert trainers. We received windsurfing, sailing and canoeing training, all of them were very enjoyable. This facility is at the top of the list for a nice and fun holiday.
This is an excellent holiday getaway! Friendly staff, good food, and pleasant guests in a relaxed atmosphere! The sailors bar requires mosquito repellent at sundown. I definitely advise carrying some. The car rental offers really nice solutions if you want to explore a bit on your own.
I visited the reception twice — once due to a problem and the second time to make a reservation at the steakhouse. On both occasions, I was assisted by Trakan, who was extremely friendly and professional in handling my concerns. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that, in addition to English, he also speaks fluent German. As a result, we were able to communicate in both English and German. Many thanks!
