Fabulous stay at the Aquamarina Hotel. We could not fault the service from everyone in the hotel. Freindly and efficient throughout! Everyone works so hard and always with a smile. Special mention to Miquel in the restaurant, and the whole team, who give the best customer service. Also Anna-Marie who gave great advice for our day trip to Barcelona. The standout part of our stay was the Animation team. Wow! These guys have so much energy. From daytime activities (stretching, aqua gym and others) to evening entertainment, these guys aim to make your holiday special and memorable - and they definitely do this. They are friendly, fun, talented and an amazing team who work together for the good of the guest. Jave, Carina, Mar and the whole team (there are so many of you to mention but we really do mean all of you) made our holiday full of memories and fun! Thank you so much. Can't wait to come again The Simpsons (Guitarist and singer Alejo Finger and band Chacumbel's music group are both worth a watch in the evening, as well as the animations team Grease show night)
Great stay, hotel very clean, all staff friendly and helpfull. Great food, fresh and plenty of choice for a coeliac and pescatarian. Dedicated GF toaster and bread seperate from the rest of the food. GF croisaant and muffin. GF pizza and pasta can be ordered that morning to be cooked fresh for dinner. Value for money. Close to beach, suitable for families.
A great, but not fancy hotel, with very good personal and service. Went there in June and found the quality at a very good level considering the price (wasn’t yet the highest season). Even though some things are, in my opinion, to be improved: - food was, for most dishes, quite average, except for some (mostly the few homemade) dishes. But again, for the price paid, it isn’t a shame either. Not enough “healthy” meal options in my opinion (talking cooked dishes here, not the few salad leaves at the beginning of the buffet). - Gym equipment is basically broke and/or way too old to be given access to the public. Don’t get my comments wrong, it is a good place to go, ideally for families, or young couples.
