Clean rooms, furniture pretty new decent services considering the prices. Nice swimming pool, clean water. Also there is a decent gym. The fact that some devices are not in a very good state - air conditioning units at the swimming pool are rusted and the breakfast that was just ok made me give just 4 stars overall. Definitely recommend it for shorter stays or on a budget.
When I arrived I understood there is limited parking space and it is not included in the price, I would have to pay extra 15 BGN per day and it doesn't guarantee a parking slot, which is absurd. There is paid "green zone" which is 2BGN/hour and I have to pay via SMS every hour. This is ridiculous and if I knew in advance, I would not pre-pay to stay here. Also, the room is cosy but there is a strange smell, not so pleasant when you walk into the hall and then into the room itself.
If you get a room on the 7th floor - refund. Then and there. Or ask for another room. AC doesn't work on the whole floor. Or as they said after we went to reception 3 times - it doesn't go up there. If you can't provide AC on the floor - don't sell rooms on that floor in the summer. It was 25-26 in "colder" room and a few degrees more in another room. You don't need to pay for a SPA - just get a room on the 7th floor. You will be sweating buckets. Wifi (free one) doesn't work in the rooms. If you want to get a working one - go down and ask on reception. They will tell you a password for "conference room" one. If you know that your usual wifi doesn't work - leave the password and instructions for the working one in the room. Speaking of reception - they ignored us until someone pushed her "go check-in them". Administrator was nice, the evening shift was nice. But the ones checking you in were either new and didn't have a clue or were straight ignoring people. Buy some cheap shover curtains from Temu. You already have a pipe to put them on. Will help with water going everywhere in the bathroom. Also the kettle was smelling funny. Water had strange taste and smell after we boiled some to have some tea. People wrote that the breakfast was boring. It was ok, just very cold. Everything, even fried eggs was cold and dry. Hotel is located in a good place, about 20-25 minutes of walking to all places of interest.
