The service was excellent, wonderful treatment, the owner Lilo treated us like family! We tried Italian dishes that we loved! The spa is super relaxing and ideal for couples! We are very grateful, we will definitely come back! Everything was wonderful!

We were absolutely delighted with Aqua Luna Spa. I took my mother there as a surprise, and she was absolutely delighted, as was I! The spa was phenomenal: private, just for the two of us, with beautiful views. Lilo, the owner, is a great host. He made sure everything was perfect at every moment. Every detail was thoughtful. We both also had a massage with Juan, another great professional! A fantastic massage! To top it all off, Lilo prepared an exquisite dinner for us! Everything was 10/10! We couldn't stay overnight this time, but we'll be back, and then we'll stay longer! Definitely recommend it! Thank you for everything!

The hotel itself isn't bad if you know what you're getting into. The rooms are clean, and the location, despite being in a town with nothing, could be considered good, being reasonably close (30-50 minutes by car) to three cities with a lot of sightseeing: León, Astorga, and Ponferrada. Otherwise, the hotel is a basic motel for spending the night. The problem is that based on the descriptions and images on their website and the information on Booking.com, it looks like a much better hotel, and of course, you're disappointed upon arrival. It's supposedly a spa, but the closest thing they have to a spa is a jacuzzi that you can rent for €60 an hour. Breakfast is quite basic: toast, coffee, some processed pastries, and little else. At one breakfast, we had to report that the milk had gone bad, and what they did was throw it away and refill the bottle without washing it. The room, which was supposed to be a "junior suite," was actually an ordinary room and rather small. The staff doesn't clean the rooms or make the beds while you're staying. As I said, if you're looking for something basic, it might be fine, but what they offer doesn't match what they advertise or what they charge, or at least what we paid. EDIT: Since the owner responded to my comment, I'm going to respond with this edit. The "spa," which, as I said, isn't a spa but a jacuzzi, of course we saw, since we asked about it at reception and they showed it to us. And yes, we didn't actually book it (I never said we did) because €60 for an hour in a jacuzzi seemed quite expensive. To pay that, I'd go to a real spa, which is what we did. Regarding the milk... I'm sorry to say that's what happened, since when they brought the refilled bottle, it had a mark from the milk foam at a higher level than the milk itself, and that same mark was there before I told them it was spoiled. And regarding the price, the package itself was a gift (it was Smartbox's Thousand and One Dream Nights package, which costs €119.90), but that package only included one night; to get the second night, we had to pay an extra €99. So the €70 you're saying is quite far from reality. You know that the service your hotel provides doesn't match what someone who paid €220 for a weekend should receive. Anyway, I don't know why you're acting so surprised, since you and I already spoke at the reception, and I already told you that we expected much more. You justify it by saying it's because of the commission Smartbox charges you, but the thing is, you're the one doing business with Smartbox, not me. I paid for a service and I expect to receive something commensurate with the money I spent. If the commission they charge you is too high, don't work with them. In any case, I maintain my opinion. Your motel could be considered decent if it cost less than €50 per room per night. The problem is that it cost us more than double that. If you find my comment offensive and want to report it, go ahead. My name is right there above my review, and they made a photocopy of my ID at the front desk.
