An Absolutely Amazing Hotel – Perfect in Every Way! This place is truly incredible! The views are breathtaking, the service is outstanding, and everything is kept impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond to help with any request—big or small. Every single person at the reception was super professional and attentive to every detail. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch all their names, but a special shout-out to Chrysa, who was always available online and responded to our requests instantly. For example, we booked a car in just one minute via WhatsApp, and when we needed to send flowers to another island, they arranged it immediately. Everything was handled with precision and punctuality. The breakfasts were luxurious, delivered to our room with an unforgettable view. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a flawless stay with next-level hospitality!

Staying at Aqua Luxury Suites was an incredible experience. The views of the Caldera were absolutely stunning, and the private hot tub on our balcony made it even more special. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Beautiful rooms, amazing service, and unforgettable sunsets — highly recommended!

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the expectations set by the photos on the hotel’s website. The images were misleading—particularly the pool area, which looked inviting online but in reality had a massive light pole dominating the space. It completely ruined the atmosphere we were hoping for and felt like a waste of money. To make matters worse, that same bright light would have been visible from our room at night, making it very difficult to sleep. It was a nightmare and not the relaxing experience we’d anticipated. That said, I do want to highlight that the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We cannot stress this enough. AMAZING service 🫶🫶🫶 When we raised our concerns, they did what they could to assist us. However, we still ended up having to pay a large difference for an upgrade to ensure our honeymoon was enjoyed. It’s disappointing to have to spend a large lump sum extra just to get what we thought we were booking in the first place. This hotel has potential, but it really needs to update its photos to more accurately reflect the reality. Incredibly inappropriate to have those misleading photos - YIKES.
