The rooms are wonderful and spotless, you will not find any stains in the bathrooms. Towels and sheets were presented perfectly clean. It offers excellent comfort with Hilton-like furniture. Lamps, chandeliers, chairs, everything is very well thought out and the quality says I'm here. The owners are beautiful people who are wholeheartedly devoted to the country, the nation and the state. The pool, sauna and Turkish bath are nice enough. Prices are affordable. We were very pleased. The food was great too. Thank you Aquamounth

Otele giderken kullanılan yolda asfalt çok bozuk. Otel dışardan çok iyi görünüyor. Otelin otoparkı yok, engelli otoparkı da yok, aracınızı dışarda yer bulup parkediyorsunuz. Günübirlik termal tesisten faydalandım, otelde konaklamadım. Bu yüzden odalar hakkında yorum yapamıyorum. Buhar odası çalışmıyordu. Havuzda bone kullanmayı sevmeyenler için ideal, kimse bone takmıyordu ancak termal havuzun fayanslarında kireç ve kir tabakaları vardı. Suyun sürekli temizlenerek devir-daim olduğunu söylediler fakat genel olarak havuz kirli görünüyordu. Personel sayısı yetersiz. Bayan bölümüne erkek müşteri de giriyor, kontrol edemiyorlar, tesettürlüler tercih etmesin. Bu konuda şikayetimizi söyleyecek muhatap bulamadık. Termal bölümde sadece türkçe bilmeyen bir masöz vardı, bize bir yetkili çağırmasını söyleyip bekledik, ama ya bizi anlamadı ya da o da kimseyi bulamadı. Tuvalet gün boyu temizlenmedi, yığılı çöp kovasını boşaltan olmadı. Televizyonda TLC kanalında "Bu nasıl otel" programındaki gibi acilen otel yöneticisinin değişmesi gerekiyor diye düşünüyorum.

I definitely do not recommend it. I rented a 1+1 room. The room was freezing, there is air conditioning but it doesn't even heat itself. The cleanliness of the rooms was very dirty, there was no bathrobe in the room, they did not bring it even though I told them several times. There is no hot water flowing from the fountains in the rooms. We told the lady on duty that I stay here and I take a shower in the morning and evening and it is running hot. She said, "Thermal pool is open to both men and women to be shared. The pools are very dirty and the temperature balance is not adjusted. The food is very bad and insufficient. There is no meat dish for dinner. There is no spoon to eat jam-like foods for breakfast. It is inadequate in everything. We said that the hotel is completely cold as ice. We said it is heated enough, but the ice-cold children got sick because it is really cold. The children's playroom is cold as ice. There is a UFO that does not heat itself." Not suitable for families with children
