Fab hotel, amazing onsite waterpark, the staff work so hard, hotel is absolutely spotless, animation team do a great job, evening entertainment in the main complex is abit naff, karaoke in the sports bar 3days a week is fab, football pitch is great, food in main restaurant was OK, not fantastic but always a good choice for everyone, loads of fresh salads, meats and breads every day, plus theme days for dinner service. Half hour walk into the main strip in sunny beach, but they do run a free shuttle bus from the hotel, which sometimes was too full so had to wait for the next one. Overall a great hotel and experience

Came again for 2nd visit and we were so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all staff. Even better than our last visit in 2023. These guys are phenomenal, from animation team to bar staff, in particular Nick in the Sports bar who can't do enough for you, he really made our holiday and went above and beyond, please pass on our thanks from Shelly & Dave from Ireland. Also, barman at poolbar and I think her name was Ellie (animation team). Best holiday yet. Will recommend to all family and friends. Hope to see you all again next year.

3.5 stars. Family Holiday August 2025 1 week Temp 30 to 32 degrees. Nice hotel but not quite 4 star in my opinion maybe 3.5 at best. I have stayed in better. Considering this was built in 2012 the reception area is very 70's which is dissapointing for an alleged 4 star hotel. Rooms Rooms are modern and clean and serviced daily (swept and clean towels, no fresh linen). Staff Staff are very hit and miss. Few are friendly, most do not speak to you. Many are just very stern and way too serious to be in this industry. However most bar staff and waiters were friendly. Food Food can be hit and miss. Worst of all is breakfast, avoid the scrambled egg and stick to freshly made omelette. Lunch and dinner are generally ok. Some days are better than others. The grill area was good but we did find that when they had had enough of cooking they stopped so not everyone could take part in that dining experience, which was a shame. Puddings all tatsed samey. Hotel Pool and Aquapark The hotel pool is very small and the Snack Bar there provides a small selection of poor quality fast food. The main attraction is the Aquapark which offers some great slides, foam parties and wave pool. This is great as without it the hotel would struggle to sustain bookings due to the size of the main hotel pool. The down side is that you cannot use any of the Snack Bars/Restauarant or Central bar which are ideally located here. These areas are not included in the all inclusive deal. Its a shame as they are hardly used by anyone including paying visitors to the Aquapark. I cannot see why they could not allow all inclusive guests of the hotel use of these areas. Its quite simple. Those wearing the hotel wrist band get served. Those who don't, pay. You can bring all inclusive drinks into the Aqaupark if you make the trek back and fourth so we just didn't get this decision. (Game changer is the 3 x 6 cup holders we purchased on tik tok for bar trips. An absolute must). Pre purchased food such as crisps and snacks were also not allowed to be taken into the waterpark and confiscated bu secruity. This was stupid as it just encouraged everyone smuggling snacks under towels which just shouldnt be the case when you have paid a lot of money to stay here. Overall the location of this hotel is good. Not the best views as it is situated on the side of an industrial area next to a supermarket. (Which is actually pretty decent and affordable). A taxi into Sunny Beach should cost 20 Lev. Although can be 30 for return depending on time of evening. There is a free shuttle bus that runs regularly back and fourth throughout the day but ends at 1730. Alternatively its a 20 minute walk. Entertainment Good for kids and the animation team work hard. Really bad evening Entertainment, in fact some of the worst I have ever seen. You don't expect too much at all inclusive resorts but honestly they need to take a look at this. First Aid During our stay my niece dislocated her arm in the park following jumping off a swing. (Kids being kids). It was safe to say no staff member had any training in first aid and no managers were present in fact we were told they were in bed. It looked like theu were worried about being sued for some reason. Please train your staff better in basic first aid and at least have a supervisor present to mange the situation. The two kitchen staff however were very kind, offered support and called an ambulance. Please note the Ambulance crew of one had no interpersonal skills, or sympathy towards a child and began arguing with staff in front of us as to why he was called to the hotel. Later we found out there as an issue over responsibility for his response and the fact the Bulgarian paramedic did not like the receptionist who was from the Ukraine which was just utterly ridiculous and completely unprofessional. My niece was fine and received good medical treatment at the hospital. Overall an ok stay despite the negatives. But don't expect amazing as you will be dissapointed.
