Fantastic stay with ocean views and great service. We had a wonderful stay at this clean and well-maintained hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach — and there’s plenty of parking available, which made everything super convenient. Our room was spacious, with a balcony that offered beautiful views over the pools and out to the ocean. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of vegan options — lots of fresh fruits, plant-based milk options, oats, muesli, peanut butter, nuts, chia seeds for topping. I definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back.
We stayed 10 nights at this hotel We would rate it as a good 3 star not 4 The pillows were very uncomfortable and the hotel entertainment was non existent and when there was some it was a live singer or pianist. The staff at breakfast were miserable and seemed like none of them wanted to be there. We had a room facing the carpark which got quite noisy due to teenagers staying in the apartments opposite. Pool was quite small and not enough beds due to how many people were at the hotel. Good points Rooms cleaned well and great English film channels. The beds were comfy and rooms big enough with a balcony. The breakfast was good. Location great as near new town and many restaurants and bars but far enough away not to hear it all at night. The hotel was clean and the local beach fantastic and only a 10 minute walk With a hill and then quite a few steps Old town 15 minutes drive away so best to get an uber which costs about 6-8euros
Beautifully designed hotel which was immaculate with helpful staff. Unfortunately there were coach parties of lads some of whom forgot how to conduct themselves in a pro social manner at the poolside and in the evening. Staff tried to intervene but I'm surprised a hotel like this accepts "stag parties" for the sake of the staff and guests. Also my review about the cold food (and much more) has been censored so I'll no longer be reviewing or trusting Google reviews moving forward.
