Super 💪🥳
Unfortunately, I do not recommend staying at Bel Mare Aqua Resort in Międzyzdroje. For two days, there was no running water in the room – no shower, bath, or toilet facilities. We reported the problem to the front desk, and they promised to fix it "the next day," but no one attended. Due to this situation, we were forced to cut our stay short and leave the hotel a day early. Furthermore, breakfast – although the hotel regulations stipulated it would be served by 10:30 AM – was cleaned from 10:00 AM, and many items disappeared from the buffet. As a result, we didn't have time to eat breakfast at all one day. After leaving, no one answered the phone, and the hotel requires a written complaint with a 14-day response time. The hotel clearly lacks professionalism and respect for its guests. It's a shame, because the place has potential – but with this approach, it's hard to recommend it to anyone.
G point on the beach... "Come in for a moment... and then skip away – to the public restroom for 5 PLN!" Such a beautiful advertisement in the elevator: relaxation, beach, wine, loungers... It's a shame the reality is different. At the bar, I received confirmation that they sell drinks and alcohol, but they don't provide restrooms – they refer customers to the public restroom for 5 PLN per person. This is illegal, as confirmed by the Sanitary Inspectorate. I reported the matter to the front desk – no one was willing to intervene, and they didn't even ask for my contact information. The restroom is supposedly there, but it looks like it's just "for show," probably in case of an inspection. The advertisement says "stay all day" – but how can you do that when you can't even use the restroom?
