Thank you, Aqua Resort, for hosting us and making us feel like VIPs! First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Wester for his incredible hospitality and warm welcome. He checked on us regularly and offered great suggestions to help us make the most of our stay. His kind gestures and helpful information made us feel truly cared for. A big thank you as well to the rest of the staff. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the housekeeping team was outstanding, always friendly and attentive. We stayed in the Executive Room, which felt absolutely luxurious. The room smelled fresh, was cleaned daily, and we were even welcomed with a complimentary fruit platter upon arrival. The amenities were perfect especially the beautiful pool and well-equipped gym. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. If given the chance, I would definitely love to come back. Thank you once again for such a memorable stay! 💙

I'm writing this review with extreme disappointment. My recent experience at your hotel was nothing short of abysmal. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were looking forward to a relaxing stay. However, the nightmare began when we tried to check in. We were made to wait for a full hour, only to be told that we couldn't be checked in due to some issues between the hotel and the third - party platform. During this hour of waiting, the hotel staff showed zero concern for us. After a one - hour taxi ride to reach the hotel, we were left standing at the front desk with no offer of assistance. The staff didn't even help us with our luggage, nor did they offer us a glass of water. All they could do was wait for a call regarding the problem with the third - party, as the staff seemed to be completely helpless. Eventually, we had to spend more money on another taxi to leave the hotel. This was not only a huge waste of our time but also a significant inconvenience. I expected much better service from a hotel of your reputation. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I will definitely not be recommending your hotel to anyone. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service and communication with guests in the future.
