Aqua Viva Spa Hotel

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast and dinner are very simple and didn’t really meet expectations. There are no vegan/non-dairy options for coffee, which also comes from a machine and is quite low quality. SPA amenities are great, however they weren’t fully working on the first day of our stay. Overall, would recommend for a weekend stay but maybe opt for only accommodation without meals included.

It could be better actually... Not really good place for holiday and to spend your time. Missing small but important things like hairdryer, water jug and etc and very low quality bath accessories. Double bed instead of one large.. But most important was the lack of place to hang out at the evenings after dinner like playing room where you can spend your time. Spa is ridiculously small and so crowded that you feel uncomfortable..Masseur not good. Your choice...

We had to leave a day early due to an issue with some remarkably loud noises from the room above. After pointing out the issue several times, we ended up talking to the manager, who hadn't done anything about it (since our first complaint 2 days before that), then was extremely impolite and didn't offer us any way to reimburse us. What's more, he charged us the full amount of money for the stay, claiming "there is no way to return any money". The hotel was very noisy in general - vacuuming early in the morning, room landline telephones ringing, all of which could be heard inside the room loud enough to wake you up. The included breakfast in the restaurant didn't have big diversity.
