Aquaduct Hotel

We arrived for a weekend vacation, at the reception we were greeted by a kind staff and took care of us quickly, the rooms are large and clean. The beds are comfortable and the linens are clean, the shower is good, a large dining room with a large fresh and tasty selection. Everyone can find a good dish for themselves. Free parking adjacent to the hotel, a clean pool for adults and children. Next to the hotel is the Regava shopping center. It's just a shame that there is no entertainment show for guests on Friday evening. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and highly recommend it.

The worst place in this hotel is the dining room! I don't know if there is a sanitation control unit in this place, but you need to visit and close this place! Waiters are slow , there are many but they don't speak English and could not help me ! The tables were dirty and we had nowhere to sit down and the waiters played the phone!! Wow !! That’s a nice service ! High level !!! There are dead cockroaches everywhere , the food was not fresh , first I took shakshuka and the eggs were sweaty , then I decided to try pasta but it was bad smell and looked like this was not the first time served ….it was dry , then I decided to try potatoes and sauce was bitter and smelly .. when I came to the table with vegetables everywhere there were huge flies and the desire for breakfast disappeared and I remained hungry!! ! You must fire a chef who monitors the kitchen and the quality of food! I believe he is not getting a salary he deserves neither ₪1 that you pay him! The rooms are terrible! Mold and fungus infection in the bathroom , bed linen spots that have not been cleaned up for a long time , towels of poor quality and with holes ! There are dead cockroaches in large numbers in the rooms , in the ventilation I heard birds or mice walk it's disgusting I will never return to this terrible place and I advise everyone else to stay away from this garbage!!

The worst hotel on planet earth.. Do yourself a favor and stay in the sewage but skip that hotel!
